-
We have an excellent reputation for going over and above, when looking after our guests. We pride ourselves in providing customer service, second to none. Please visit our testimonials: https://www.slikamilina.com/kind-words
-
Our accommodations are at Hotel Astarea - www.maistra.com/properties/hotel-astarea/#/
-
Our painting locations are all within 30 minutes from Mlini. We often stay within 15 minutes of Mlini, with maybe one that would take us 30 minutes away. Here is an overview of our painting itinerary: www.slikamilina.com/itinerary
-
We ask all clients for any food allergies, allergies or restrictions
-
It is the responsibility of the instructor and Slikamilina to find students. We promote it worldwide, however our students still mostly come because of the instructor.
-
Min. 8 - Max 14 students - The first 8 people must be painters. Students are welcome to bring a partner however they do not become part of the head count until after we have 8 paid students (Ofcourse if there were 7 students and 7 partners, that would be ok)
-
We book everything... We take care of all the organization from bookings (accommodations, transportation, food), emails regarding the many questions students always have, ... everything! We want our teachers to be able to concentrate on teaching and nothing else :)
-
We provide you with a wholesale price for your spouse/partner, if applicable.
With regards to the business side of the tour:
-
All tours are priced in Euro (€). It is your responsibility to check the currency exchange to determine the cost in your own currency. Slikamilina is not responsible for the change in price should your currency devalue against the Euro.
-
We require a €200 admin fee. This helps cover the costs of adding you to my website and any advertising I do. PayPal Payment link is below. This admin fee is refunded if the tour goes.
-
We cover your flight up to €1750 (from N. America) and €400 (from Europe) and we cover your costs while you are on tour. A receipt is required for the flight.
-
Your fee is determined by you. You need to let me know how much you would like to make per student or per trip. If you give us an idea of what you would like to make then we can put it in the budget and give you a cost per student. A fee will be paid for a non-painting partner, however it will only be half of your instructor fee.
-
We do not have a studio. This is a plein air tour so we sketch/paint at different locations. If it rains we have access to an enclosed space but this is only if it rains.
-
We ask for a monthly schedule of advertisements you plan on using for the coming month. We need to see where my instructors are advertising so that we can add it to my social media avenues and basically get you more coverage.
-
We ask for a list of all Associations you are a member of and any Forums you belong to. Some have Facebook pages for example, and they will allow me to advertise your tour even though Slikamilina am not a member.
-
if you are on LinkedIn, We have made a group on LinkedIn and would appreciate you joining it. This link will take you there: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/4681391/
-
We do not have a contract for you to sign, but we do put an agreement together summarizing our emails, so that everything is clear.
-
You agree to sign a Travel/Medical Insurance Waiver, General Waiver and Indemnity Agreement.
-
When we reach our minimum number of 8 and let people know that they can book their flights, both Slikamilina and the Instructor are committed to proceeding with the tour. Should that number drop below 8, due to unforeseen reasons, the Instructor understands that the costs covered by Slikamilina would then need to be prorated.
-
All payments will be made via PayPal. Any costs incurred through PayPal or your bank are not the responsibility of Slikamilina Painting Tours.
