1. TOUR REGISTRATION AND BOOKINGS

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the tour activities. Any dietary restrictions or medical conditions must be disclosed during booking.

• Payment Processing: All tour payments are securely processed via PayPal. You agree to comply with PayPal’s terms and conditions.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Specific cancellation windows, administrative fees, and refund policies are outlined on our General Information & Conditions page and apply to all bookings.

• Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, images, and artwork displayed on the Site are the property of the Company or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

• User-Submitted Content: If you share photos or testimonials with us (e.g., via email or social media using #SLIKAMILINA), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those materials for marketing purposes.
